Unpopular option: Dreamcatcher is part of the blueprint. They’re one of the first,if not the first, to do what they do and how they do it. They take a less cutesy route with their dancing and actually GO for it,and I’m not saying cutesy dances are easy either,but there’s levels to this game and Dreamcatcher is at the top (for me,personally.) To me,it seems like they’re almost breaking gender norms for what’s acceptable music in a “Girl Group”. they also speak about things that matter such as online bullying without coming off as insincere because they aren’t. They have a cohesive theme throughout their whole music career but no two songs are the same (which is rare.) and the whole group is TALENT. There is no weak link or anything of the sort. They all sing,they all dance,they all rap and they’re ALL visuals. (I’m not tryna step on any toes when I compare them to more girly concepts,there’s nothing wrong with those at all, I’m just saying different is GOOD in a cookie cutter industry such as kpop)
