Due to the nature of the offences there will be a statute of limitations on prosecuting with all of them.. which in itself is ridiculous in my opinion but as it stands in 2021 that’s what we’re dealing with. In cali, ‘certain sexual offences against a child’ have a statute of limitations ‘up until the offenders 40th birthday’ (which is a very specific and weird fucking stipulation). Google tells me he is 36 as of right this minute but I’m unsure if that’s 100% accurate. If so, that’s only 4 years left until the statute runs out... Also, pls correct me if I’m wrong but from what I can see his first KNOWN accusation that is documented is from 2007? So that’s 14 years ago. The youngest KNOWN documented victim was 11 years old when dahvee or whoever tf was 25 years old. I just turned 26 and there is no fucking way I wouldn’t be able to tell an 11 year old girl or boy from an 18 year old grown ass female or male. 18 year olds look literally so young to me? He didn’t care about any of these girls but he made them believe he genuinely did care (grooming) and discarded them soon after which many of the victims have said left them in a Great Depression not knowing wtf they did wrong or what was wrong w them/why they wouldn’t good enough. To a young girl this is extremely detrimental for their development and now that these victims have grown up and ARE ACTUALLY MENTALLY DEVELOPED AND PHYSICALLY DEVELOPED ADULTS they can see just how fucked up the situation was and how much they were taken advantage of. I remember watching them being interviewed over a webcam thing on someone’s channel a while back and a lot of them are still having to go to therapy constantly and be on medications etc bc of how much he fucked them up mentally from that whole experience. It’s a literal robbing of their childhoods and I think a lot of people aren’t really grasping the seriousness of that. Imagine if that was your child and you thought she was just being a regular 10 year old on her computer or whatever playing games or something and it turned into this.... these girls even said they blamed themselves for years and years. He ghosted a lot of them and threw them away like trash once he was done w them and wanted to find new ones to manipulate bc that was a fun little challenge for him. That my fellow FRfree friends, is how pedophiles work. And from a very quick google, this pedophile is still on the internet.. with all access to any chat rooms or fan sites he pleases.. still releasing music under a ‘different name/alias’ lmao nice try fuckhead. he’s not a registered sex offender in any state (that I can find proof of anyway?), he’s faced no real jail/prison time for ANY of these very fucking serious crimes and AT THE VERY LEAST he hasn’t even been made to pay for any compensation (maybe this has been updated since?) such as loss of wages due to not being able to hold down a steady job as a direct result of the offenders actions, mental health support costs such as therapy, support classes etc and overall medical costs. i used to loooooove Shane but never knew about any of his bullshit in the past. I started watching him when he did his spooky boys stuff with drew and Garrett. My fav things to watch are true crime documentaries or biographical type style documentaries so I felt what you were saying about the extreme mix feelings with his docu type series. I fucking hate when documentaries are extremely BIASED are favour one side but the thing I hate the most that I don’t feel like has been getting any attention at all.. is when record labels or families etc put out documentaries of literal dead music artists about their life and tell very personal information, their childhoods, intimate relationships, addictions etc and twisting it or using it in whichever way they want. I think that’s so fucked up. (this is kinda unrelated but proves my point further but the easy manipulation of content and viewer coercion) recently on Netflix a documentary was released about infamous serial killer Richard Ramirez called ‘The Night Stalker’ and I was so excited to watch bc I have exhausted literally every other true crime show on Netflix already lmao.. and the whole fucking ‘documentary’ wasn’t really a documentary about Richard at all.. infact they only dedicated about 2 mins if that of one episode to talking about Richards personality and childhood trauma etc. It was basically like 6 episodes of interviews with the detectives on the case, some interviews with surviving victims (this was good) but mostly just focused on painting the cops in a fantastic light about how they caught him and everything when in reality they fucked up greatly in that investigation... they just don’t want the people to see it that way. So what better to manipulate the situation than to change parts of the storyline? you can do this w almost anything and it’s not the work of A GOOD documentarian, it’s not accurate and it’s extremely misleading and biased. i think by now we have learned that majority of people don’t go beyond the surface and do their own research so this is so harmful. Shane was so into the ‘oooouuu is this a conspiracy?!’ Investigative journalism almost right? So he should have known this. I’m almost positive he did know this. I’m almost very positive that the reason he’s gotten as far as he has on FRfree is because he is a very persuasive and manipulative person who shapeshifts into whatever he feels the person infront of him ‘wants’ him to be. I’ve seen so many people do videos on Shane lately and leave out sm shit about him. I feel that if Shane gets to pin people as this and that without the proper qualifications and basically behind the scenes ATTEMPT TO GET JAKE PAUL THE DIAGNOSIS OF SOCIOPATHY, he’s opened himself up for us to do the same now. From watching Shane’s OWN videos that HE put out, I learned that he was diagnosed with ADHD as a child (when he was considered very overweight) and is on Adderall. For how long he’s been on this idk. But I am also diagnosed with adhd and am very familiar with ADHD meds. you have to be careful w these kind of meds for many reasons.. some are less harmful than others but adderall is highly abused lmao yes it’s definitely great for ppl w adhd but it makes you lose a lot of weight, it makes you not hungry, the chemical makeup of adderrall is literally amphetamines.. (a legally prescribed safer version of just fucking meth) who else do we know was doing meth at one point? Trisha. i have always always believed that she was on adderall. In several of other Shane’s videos he mentions xanax also, he hints that he only got it for ‘flying’ in a video where they go on trip and maybe that is how it started but I firmly believe it continued on as LA doctors prescribe that shit like it’s nothing anyway. In another video Ryland finds a literal Xanax in the front console of their car (old video before the riches) and Shane was like “I don’t take fucking Xanax why would we have this?!?!” Then he makes a joke and is like must be tanas!! And they all laugh. But sweetie baby girl no. Fast forward time and you can always see pill bottles in his videos (not that I’m saying this is bad AT ALL! to be on medication as I’m on sm medication for a lot of diff things myself, all im saying is - he puts others in the light he wants us to see them when actually i think a lot of it actually pertains to him) then fast forward some more to the big conspiracy palette.. he literally names a whole shade ‘my pills’ and tries to match the colour up to addys.. like for starters this has always sat fucked up w me because of the way he was glamourising it in this way (and it gets worse dw) knowing majority of his fans and viewers were pretty young and would be buying this palette with a fucking shade called ‘my pills’. then when he did that blinged up video he got pill boxes blinged by her and in another video (may have been featured in rylands) he shows off how he now keeps all his pills in a Gucci box and how that’s so cool.
