Yes it's grease, however the paste he put on the handlebar and seat post is special carbon grease witch helps reduce possible friction

7:00 в кадре видно что шток вилки отрезан почти заподлицо и находится чуть выше выноса, мне кажется это не совсем хорошо, т.к. не будет нужного прижима(болт крышки якоря не будет плотно прижимать якорь и вынос),по хорошему шток вилки должен утапливаться в вынос на 3 милиметра.... или просто добавьте ещё одно кольцо ))) 10:00 извините, увидел проставочное кольцо.PS видео смотрю первый раз
